CLASSES

1. HOW MANY PEOPLE TO A CLASS?

42 bikes. The more bodies the better at United Ride, as we love the atmosphere and working together to individually achieve the maximum benefits.

2. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO UNITED RIDE CLASSES?

Exercise is such a personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness level, how your body adapts to the training and how well your body can recover. It also depends on your fitness goals and what you do outside of United Ride classes. We recommend starting with no more than two to three classes per week and increasing from there.

3. I CAN'T MAKE MY CLASS, CAN YOU REFUND THE SESSION?

Unfortunately, no. We have a strict 9 hour cancellation policy. If you can’t make your class, it is your responsibility to cancel or let us know at least 9 hours before the start time of your scheduled class or you will lose the session. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to be strict and fair to all clients.

4. I'M RUNNING LATE, CAN I STILL JOIN MY CLASS?

All of our classes include a warm up and a cool down. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your class then you may not be able to join, and your Instructor can turn you away from the class.

5. MY CLASS IS BOOKED OUT, WHAT CAN I DO?

With a maximum of 42 clients per class, classes can get booked out. We do have a 9 hour cancellation policy. We recommend you add yourself to the waitlist by booking into the class. Should a place become available you will receive an email offering you a place, asking you to confirm your spot.

6. WHAT IF MY CLASS IS CANCELLED?

Classes need a minimum of 2 clients to proceed. Classes will be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start time of the class if there are less than 2 people booked in.
